CHURCH ADMINISTRATOR
The Church Administrator position involves handling the day-to-day administrative operations of the church. Duties include office management, communicating with parishioners, managing volunteers, and assisting with organizing church events. This position will provide the administrative structure that supports the vision of New Life Church and New Life Community Alliance and be committed to that vision while managing the details of its execution. This position will also create and maintain an organized environment with good communication and management that enables clergy, staff, and lay members to minister effectively.
Job Description
FINANCE COMPTROLLER
The Finance Comptroller is responsible for providing strong leadership while managing a team of financial accountants. Their duties include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing month-end closing procedures. A successful Comptroller possesses excellent leadership and analytical skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to both produce and analyze financial reports and forecasts.
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
The Senior Accountant, reporting to the Finance Manager, assumes a pivotal role with diverse responsibilities encompassing, but not restricted to, accounts payable management, payroll oversight, precise monthly journal entry maintenance, comprehensive reconciliation of the general ledger, execution of month-end closure procedures, and rigorous preparation for audit scrutiny. An essential technical skill is imperative as we transition towards full automation of our accounting system. This role is dedicated to safeguarding the integrity of our financial records by recording, verifying, consolidating, and accurately entering transactions to produce precise and timely financial documents for the church and its subsidiaries.
JANITORIAL SUPPORT TEAM
Each member of our Janitorial Support Team, as part of a shift work-hours team, is entrusted with the responsibility of upholding the cleanliness standards of New Life Church and New Life Community Alliance, encompassing both interior and exterior areas. Their duties include various tasks aimed at supporting services and events, with the ultimate goal of ensuring that the premises are maintained in a clean and orderly condition for church activities and facility rentals. A service-oriented mentality is pivotal in fostering a welcoming and genuine environment for all our guests.
DIRECTOR- EARLY LEARNING CENTER
The Early Learning Center (ELC) Director is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and quality of education for all children in the Center’s care. The ELC Director is directly accountable for overall operational management in accordance with well-established guidelines, including curriculum development, staff and facilities management, financial management, legal compliance, and long-range planning.
LEAD TEACHER- EARLY LEARNING CENTER
The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Teachers must understand children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed.
ASSISTANT TEACHER- EARLY LEARNING CENTER
The Teacher Assistant is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. They must work to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. The Teacher Assistant supports the Lead Teacher and the Director by helping to create a caring and nurturing environment for the children and assisting in activities to improve the overall care and quality of education.
NEXTGEN DIRECTOR
To direct and lead youth programming for Middle School and High School age youth. The NextGen Director (NextGen) is expected to foster Christian community by building relationships with young people that strengthen their commitment to the church and growth in faith in Jesus Christ. The NextGen shall lead in building young disciples for Christ by developing and implementing a comprehensive approach to youth ministry (in the areas of discipleship, worship, relationship building, mission, and outreach) while serving as a ministry leader and role model.
DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES
The Director of Facilities must serve as the in-house expert leader of the Facilities and Logistics Team, which oversees the facility's maintenance. The Director of Facilities must also lead the Facilities and Logistics Team and the Janitorial Support Team, which is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and fully functional facility. The Director of Facilities must have extensive experience in facilities management, including project management and facility maintenance. They must also demonstrate the ability to build relationships that contribute to maintaining a facility of excellence.
Job DescriptionADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to facilitate the efficient operation of the church office and support our ministry staff. This role involves managing office tasks, assisting with communications, coordinating events, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and members.
CASE MANAGER
Responds to clients in crisis such as homelessness, mental health or substance abuse. Conduct assessments to determine needs, strengths and challenges and define short and long term solutions to support clients well-being.

CAREER SERVICES CASE MANAGER
The Career Services Case Manager is responsible to provide comprehensive support to those seekingemployment or career development opportunities. This includes creating personalized employment plans, coaching, hosting hiring events, building community partnerships with employers.
